We want you to love your Walkie Caddie. In fact, we’re so confident you will, we offer a no-fuss 30-day money-back guarantee from the day it hits your doorstep.

That’s right—30 days to test it, wear it, organize your life with it, and say, “Wow, where has this been all my career?”

If We Messed Up

If the return is due to a mistake on our part—wrong item, defective, quality issues, or anything that’s clearly our oops—we’ll cover return shipping. We’ll even send you a prepaid label because we believe in owning up like true Texans do.

If You Just Changed Your Mind

Decided the Walkie Caddie isn’t your thing? No hard feelings. We’ll still take it back within 30 days, but you’ll cover return shipping. You can either:

  • Ship it back yourself (old school), or

  • We’ll send you a prepaid label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

Return Conditions
  • Items must be unaltered, and in resellable condition (no stains, duct tape mods, or glitter bombs, please).

  • Include the original packaging if you still have it (we won’t cry if you recycled the plastic, though).

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@onsetbrands.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll take it from there faster than you can say “check the gate.”

Refund Timeline

Once your Walkie Caddie gets back to us and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No store credit tricks here—just cold, hard (digital) cash back.
